微控制器IC
一、 概述
TC78451P22是一顆兼容EMC78451的微控制器,當使用451模式時,可使用451的指令系統和比較器;當選擇EXT模式時可使用擴展的指令集,並可使用增加的一些外圍功能部件。
二、 特性
·EMC78451指令、時序級完全兼容
·指令擴展爲16位寬
·增加了1條指令MOVC(將PAH、PAL所指的ROM內容讀至ACC)(EXT Mode)
·內含4K*16 OTP ROM
.工作電壓 2.2V ~ 5.5V
三、 引腳分配
1. VDD5 : Power pad
2. VDD : Input power > 3.6V : connect 0.1uF capacitor to GND
Input power < 3.6V : connect to VDD5
3. GND : ground pad
4. OSCI / P70 : The pin function is determined by code-option
When Xtal mode, oscillator in pad,
When external RC mode, connect a resistor to VDD,
Otherwise, as general input pin.
5. OSCO / P71 : The pin function is determined by code-option
When Xtal mode, oscillator out pad,
When RC mode, output internal system clock, Otherwise, as general input pin.
6. EPOR_N : Reset, low active, smit-trigger input with pull-up
7. EINT / P60 : The pin function is determined by code-option
1). EINT: interrupt pin
2). P60: bidirectional open-drain I/O pin with controllable pull-up.
8. P50 : Bidirectional I/O with controllable pull-up. Sink 10mA/source 1mA
9. P51 : Bidirectional I/O with controllable pull-up. Sink 10mA/source 1mA
10. P52 : Bidirectional I/O with controllable pull-up. Sink 10mA/source 1mA
11. P53 : Bidirectional I/O with controllable pull-up. Sink 10mA/source 1mA
