本标准规定了运行中矿物变压器油和断路器用油应达到的质量标准。本标准适用于充入电气设备的矿物变压器油和断路器用油在运行中的质量监督。本标准不适用于在电缆或电容器中用作浸渍剂的矿物绝缘油。
This standard specifies the quality criteria of insulating oils for transformer and circuit breaker in service. This standard is applicable to supervision of mineral insulating oils in electrical equipments such as transformer and circuit breaker. This standard is not applicable to the mineral oils as impregnant used in cables and capacitors.
