The FP6601Q replaces the PD3.0 fast charging protocol chip, which is a USB port fast charging protocol control chip. Intelligently recognize multiple fast charging protocols to quickly charge powered devices such as mobile phones. According to the voltage request sent by the powered device, the VBUS output voltage can be precisely adjusted to achieve fast charging. Before adjusting the 5V output voltage, it will automatically detect whether the connected device supports the Apple Fast Charge Protocol. If supported, Apple devices will charge at high currents. If it is not supported, it will then check if the voltage-regulating fast charge protocol is supported. If the connected device does not support the voltage regulation and fast charge protocol, the output voltage adjustment will be disabled, and the power supply device will be configured as a USB DCP to ensure the safety of the powered device and to obtain a large current charge. If the voltage regulation fast charge protocol is supported, the request command is accepted to adjust the output voltage. The FP6601Q replaces the PD3.0 fast charge protocol chip to enable or disable the high-voltage fast charge function through QC_EN, making the application more flexible. Available in SOT23-6 package
