 TST无缝伸缩缝适用一中的各个时期,通常在零下-40℃时桥面不会变脆,在夏季高温达80℃时不会流动。不仅适用于温差变化不大南方地区,对于温差较大的我国西北,东北等地也可以使用。在全国范围内都可以正常使用。由于TST的高温粘附特性,在施工时可与现有路面牢固粘结变快,常温不粘,冷却后也不会被带走。
TST seamless expansion joints are suitable for all periods of a year. 所谓“弹性接缝”就是一种粘弹性结合材料来做的接缝,使接缝产生一定的弹塑变形来适应结构的变形。其性能特点如下:

GTF 等,近来国内外正在研究和逐步推广这一适用于小位移量的伸缩缝型式.其特点是采用具有热熔和弹塑性能的高分子材料组成混合料替代通常的伸缩缝结构,达到路桥铺装层平顺、连续过渡,同时又适应一定量三维变位能力.

1.切割槽口;根据桥梁的伸缩量,确定合理的槽口尺寸在确定了槽口的尺寸以后,在锯口的位置打上水线.然后用无齿锯沿线切割,保持槽口线平行.以保证桥头接缝的美观.

2.清洁 ,用钢丝刷清洁槽口 ,用空压机吹干净,然后用烤槽口确保 把粘和面的干燥(条件允许 用高压水枪冲洗干净,然后在用烤干). 注意控制蚺烤的时间,以免将槽口烤软变形.在桥梁伸缩缝处嵌入耐高温海绵填充条,防止 TST 融化料流出.
2. Clean the groove with wire brush, blow it with air compressor, and then use the baking groove to ensure the drying of the sticky surface (conditions permit high-pressure water gun to wash clean, then bake dry). Pay attention to controlling the baking time, so as not to bake the groove soft deformation. Insert high-temperature sponge filling strip in the expansion joint of the bridge to prevent TST melting material from flowing out.

3. After dissolving the TST material, the bottom of the groove mouth will be evenly coated on both sides of the building.
