碳酸脂树脂是一种亲水性物质,在制造、运输和存储过程中很容易从空气中吸收水分。在塑料塑化过程中塑料颗粒中的水分将汽化从而导致树脂的降解,并影响产品的外观及机械性能。在加工之前,树脂通过适当的干燥就很容易避免这些问题的发生,聚碳酸脂树脂的干燥过程建议在120℃的温度下以露点为-20℃或更低的空气干燥3~4小时,使水分含量按重量计达到或低于0.02%比例。

进入料斗的空气首先在装有许多细小分子筛的除湿剂筒内除去水分,鼓风机强制将湿空气通过除湿剂筒,空气中的水分被除湿剂吸收从而降低空气的露点。经过除湿后的干燥空气通过加热器加热,然后对料斗中的塑料颗粒加热及干燥,使塑料颗粒中的水分迁移到空气之中,从而建立起平衡。湿空气被回收循环使用,首先通过过滤器过滤空气中的任何细屑或污染物,然后返回至除湿剂筒、加热器循环使用。除湿剂吸水饱和必须定期活化以保证取得佳的干燥效果,大多数干燥系统使用两个除湿剂筒自动交替活化,从而保证干燥的连续。

在干燥了以后,炉料颗粒会被从干燥器输送到机器料斗,应注意在这个过程中,物料不应接触水分。也就是说,在输送过程中应当使用干、热空气。对于使用集中供料干燥器,机器料斗应仅仅保存少量物料或使用干燥料斗,以避免生产停顿时,干燥的物料再吸收水分。特别要注意的是输送管道的密封性,要避免湿空气吸入物料输送系统。聚碳酸脂树脂的吸湿性取决于几个因素:气候条件或空气中的含湿量、环境空气和塑料颗粒的温度以及塑料暴露在湿空气中的时间,都将影响到塑料颗粒的含水量。

要达到佳的结果,必须特别注意基本的注塑成型工艺参数:熔融温度、注射压力、保压、注射速度、背压、模具温度、螺杆转速及回抽、以及锁模力等,对于各种不同的注射或注压成型机来说,调整每一个工艺参数并找到它们之间的平衡关系是满足减少周期时间、达到光盘质量要求的关键。

用途:聚碳酸酯主要用于生产工业制品,用来代替金属及其它合金,在机械工业上作耐冲击及高强度的零部件。玻璃纤维增强聚碳酸酯具有类似金属的特性,可代替铜,锌,铝等压铸件。聚碳酸酯可以进行注射成形,挤出成形,吹塑成形,旋转成形,真空成形和溶剂铸造膜片等技术。制件还可以机械加工,常温冲孔,锯切及焊接和粘合。聚碳酸酯树脂的注射成形,一般采用螺杆式注射机进行。料筒温度:250~320℃,注射压力:50~80MPa,模具温度:85~120℃,螺杆转速:40~60次/min,成品热处理:先在100~105℃的烘箱中烘烤10分钟,然后在120~125℃再烘烤30分钟,自然冷却到常温即可

The hygroscopicity of polycarbonate resins depends on several factors: the climatic conditions or moisture content of the air, the temperature of the ambient air and of the plastic particles, and the time the plastic has been exposed to the moist air, will affect the moisture content of the plastic particles.
