Ø 1、名称不冠以行政区划的，应按规定程序经国家工商总局核准；
Ø 2、企业集团的名称可以有简称；
Ø 3、母公司(核心企业)可以在企业名称中使用“集团”或者“（集团）”字样；
Ø 4、子公司（集团的成员企业）可以冠以集团名称或简称。
Ø 5、参股公司经集团管理机构同意，可以在自己的名称中冠以企业集团名称或者简称。
