地域核名审批办理程序

（一）申请人向国家工商总局申报。

（二）申请人取得《企业名称预先核准通知书》后，向住所所在地登记机关申请办理登记手续。

（三）企业登记机关办理登记核准后30日内，将加盖企业印章的企业营业执照（企业集团登记证）复印件报送国家工商总局备案。提交材料，全体投资人签署 的《企业名称预先核准申请书》
