总配电箱和开关箱中的两级漏电保护器选择的额定漏电动作电流和额定漏电动作时间应合理匹配，使之具有分级保护的功能，每台用电设备应有各自专用的开关箱，必须实行“一机一闸”制，安装漏电保护器。

12、配电箱、开关箱中的导线进、出线口应在箱底面，严禁设在箱体的上面、侧面、后面或箱门外，进出线应加护套分路成束并作防水弯，导线束不得与箱体进、出口直接接触，移动式配电箱和开关箱进、出线必须采用橡皮绝缘电缆。
12. The conductor inlet and outlet ports in distribution boxes and switchboxes shall be at the bottom of the boxes. They shall be strictly prohibited on the top, side, back or outside of the boxes. The incoming and outgoing lines shall be protected by bundles of sheaths and made waterproof bends. The conductor bundles shall not be in direct contact with the boxes'inlet and outlet. Rubber insulated cables shall be used for the incoming and outgoing lines of mobile distribution boxes and switchboxes.
13、每一台电动建筑机械或手移电动工具的开关箱内，必须装设隔离开关和过负荷、短路、漏电保护装置，其负荷线必须按其容量选用无接头的多股铜芯橡皮保护套软电缆或塑料护套软线，导线接头应牢固可靠，绝缘良好。

Installation of disconnectors and protective devices for overload, short circuit and leakage must be installed in the switchboxes of each electric construction machinery or hand-operated electric tool. The load wires of each switchbox must be multi-strand flexible cables or plastic sheathed flexible cables without joints according to their capacity. The joints of conductors should be firm and reliable, and the insulation is good.
14、照明变压器必须使用双绕组型，严禁使用自藕变压器，照明开关必须控制火线，使用行灯时，电源电压不超过36伏。
14. Lighting transformer must use double winding type. It is forbidden to use self-coupling transformer. Lighting switch must control the fire line. When using street lamp, the power supply voltage should not exceed 36 volts.
15、安装设备电源线时，应先安装用电设备一端，再安装电源一端，拆除时反向进行。

1、检修工具、仪器等要经常检查，保持绝缘良好状态，不准使用不合格的检修工具和仪器。

2、电机和电器拆除检修后，其线头应及时用绝缘包布包扎好，高压电机和高压电器拆除后其线头必须短路接地。
