Detail: This machine (with concentrated bobbin fixing set) is mainly used to twist and press sector conductor or rotundity conductor made of big length bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire or steel core aluminum stranded wire, and to do premoulding press for these conductor. It can also press the conductor for easier being cut according to users’request.
The main advantage of this machine is that the bobbins are cast around the sheave with the same distance between each other. It is more convenient to prepare the wire for twist. The orientation is reliable. The rigidity of the set is good. The integral performance is excellent. The moments of inertia are small. The producing speed is high. The tractor is a 36-grade gearshift box with double driving and double towing equipment. The biggest drawing force can reach 12T. And the natural wire separating method is used to avoid the wire core rubbing when twisted. The wire release tension is stable to ensure that the tensile force is the same when the bobbin is full or empty. The machine also has an automatic stop which can control every bobbin. When the bobbin is empty and stops moving, the main machine will stop working automatically. This machine can produce 800mm2 tightly pressed copper core wire with the twisting pressure coefficient above 90%.
