1. Automatic control whole procedure:

The filler is equipped with T3806 electronic scale of great precision, constituting the controller with electric elements. Whether you fill a small cylinder of 0.5 kg or a big extinguisher of 35 kg, all you have to do is just to set up the weight to be filled on the electronic scale. Filling speed: Only 25-30 seconds are needed for filling a fire extinguisher of 4 kg and 45-50 seconds for 8 kg. As only three seconds are necessary for replacing the vessel to be filled, 110 extinguishers of 4 kg or 70 extinguishers of 8 kg can be filled in one hour

As powder is stored in the warehouse; you need to connect the powder suction pipe to the powder source. Powder is not to be moved repeatedly for filling, thereby reducing the waste.
