Buyer is a reseller, so simple procedures preferred.

pof either by bcl, rwa or icpo with soft probe,

corporate invoice including tank receipts, sgs reports, q88's, authoriation fro dip test

dip test completed within 24 hours

mt 103 for liftable product, rdlc for remainder with lifting schedule--simultaneous transfer of title.
