hi intensity 3-led bulbs white light

i have these solar lights that are not on the market anymore but should still be under warrenty. the bulbs should be lasting 10 years but are now, after 2 years are burning out. 5 out of ten bulbs are burned out. can you please send me repacements? the item # is 700044-1. thank you.
